The Kit Review – Church Village FC

Today we are off to visit Church Village FC, just over the border in Wales. The club are an ever expanding club with sides starting from under 8’s right up to the senior open age side. The club have the hard earned award of being a FAW (Football Association Wales) Accredited Football club.

RIGHT....the shirt/kit I know what your thinking its just red and white which yes is true but hear us out here, what if you was told this design was created by an 11 year old? Majority of you would call us a lier but this is the gods (or whatever deity you worship) honest truth.

Church Village player Mason Kemp aged 11 won the clubs competition of designing the clubs new kit.

Fair play to Church Village as well as they have put this lads design into production and are working with Classic Sportswear but put make the dream a reality. The design for us is a stylish yet simple one that reminds us of many classic Monaco kits so this is already onto a winner.

This is truly one of them stories that we all love grassroots football for to make a young lads design come to life and we have the utmost respect for the people running Church Village to have made this happen, gestures and ideas like this lift clubs/players/coaches to a whole new level and will keep players/families within a club for generations.
