Tariq Lamptey seems to be delivering both on and off the pitch as of late and it doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon. The talented Brighton fullback took a trip back to his first-ever grassroots team Larkspur Rovers to hand over some brand new kits as part of Adidas' Football Collective initiative.
The sportswear brand are giving away 150,000 new kits across Europe ready for the return of grassroots football in November 2020.
For the chance to win 1 of 10,000 full kits for your team, sign up at adidas.co.uk/footballcollective before November 6th.
“It's important that they're still getting the support, especially grassroots football.”
Born in Hillingdon, barely a stones throw away from Larkspur Rovers FC, Lamptey quickly got snapped up by Chelsea's academy before getting snapped up by Brighton & Hove Albion and becoming an ever-present ever since.
It's safe to say, Tariq Lamptey has a very bright future ahead of him and after coming through Larkspur Rovers youth team, they have a lot to take credit for.
